We also hold a regularly scheduled People of Color Caucus and a regularly scheduled White Caucus for people who have either been through our Dismantling Racism Training
and/or have attended a similar training or workshop. Caucusing is a
time for people of color and white people to meet in separate spaces to
build relationships and community, discuss internalized oppression,
discuss internalized white supremacy, begin healing from the wounds
that racism creates, think strategically about our activism. For more
information about the People of Color Caucus, contact Michelle at michelle (dot) socialworker (at) gmail (dot) com; for more information about the White Caucus, contact Tema at temaokun (at) earthlink (dot) net.
We also offer facilitation, curriculum development, and other services
related to working effectively with an anti-racist, liberatory lens.
